I turn emerging technologies and opportunities to improve established operations into practical 0→1 products, innovation pilots and new ways of working in complex enterprise environments. I work particularly well where the solution, operating model and delivery path have yet to be defined. My experience combines business analysis, product ownership and corporate innovation in complex enterprise environments. I work from use-case discovery, stakeholder interviews and process diagnostics through solution design, requirements, prioritisation, validation, delivery coordination and adoption. My work has helped shorten service-processing and management-reporting cycles, and replace fragmented spreadsheet-based planning with shared internal platforms. I build internal products, tools and prototypes using AI-assisted development, taking them from concept and business rules to working implementation and production validation. AI accelerates implementation, while I retain ownership of product decisions, requirements, validation and outcomes. I use AI where it creates measurable value rather than treating it as the objective itself.
