My work sits at the intersection of business analysis, product management and process transformation. I turn fragmented processes, disconnected data and manual workflows into practical systems used in day-to-day operations. Over more than eight years in banking and enterprise environments, I have delivered B2B digital platforms, redesigned operating models and built an ecosystem of internal products now used across analytics and business analysis teams. AI is one of the tools I apply where it creates measurable value — not the objective itself.
