Addwisors — Business & AI Transformation

Description
The client challenge
Emerging technology is available, but the business value and route to implementation are not always clear. Established processes may be too slow, costly or manual; AI ideas may remain disconnected experiments; and teams may lack a target process, ownership, requirements or adoption plan.
What Addwisors delivers
- diagnose operations and identify improvement opportunities;
- build and prioritise AI and digital use cases;
- design the target process, operating model and roles;
- turn hypotheses into requirements, prototypes and pilots;
- assess impact, risks, constraints and scale-up readiness;
- support implementation, user enablement and adoption;
- create a roadmap for the next stage of transformation.
How we work
We move from diagnosis and opportunity selection through solution design, pilot validation, implementation and scale-up. The work combines independent advisor expertise with practical business analysis, product thinking, emerging-technology adoption and delivery coordination.
What clients receive
A prioritised opportunity portfolio, target process and operating model, requirements and implementation plan, validated prototype or pilot, impact and risk assessment, and an adoption roadmap — with an expert team assembled around the challenge.
My role
As an Addwisors co-founder, I lead the direction proposition and operating approach, connecting business and process diagnosis with use-case selection, solution design, expert coordination, delivery support and adoption.
