Description

A virtual event space delivered as the pandemic forced a major format change. The team had to define a digital journey, select a workable solution and establish a new collaboration model under uncertainty and without an established delivery process.

My Role

Initiated and led the development of Gazprombank's first virtual event space. Defined the concept, content structure, and user journey. Coordinated production across creative, tech, and partner teams. The project established the template for all subsequent virtual spaces developed by the GPB Innovation team.
