Description
A first online conference stand delivered after Startup Village unexpectedly moved fully online during the pandemic. The project required selection of a digital solution, rapid requirements definition and a new way of coordinating content, creative and technology partners.
My Role
Led the development of Gazprombank's first online conference stand. Defined requirements, managed content preparation, and coordinated delivery with creative and tech partners. The project demonstrated the viability of digital-first event participation and became the foundation for the more advanced virtual spaces developed in subsequent years.
