Description

A fintech innovation initiative that brought card payments to wearable formats including smartwatches, fitness bands, rings and key fobs. The solutions were launched and used in event-based customer-acquisition activations; the initiative was later stopped following external Visa and Mastercard restrictions.

My Role

Supported the pilot from the Corporate Innovation side: helped translate the customer journey and partner constraints into requirements, coordinated with relevant payment and hardware stakeholders, and brought the solutions into customer-facing event activations.
